Tongariro Lodge is nestled on the banks of the Tongariro River adjacent to the southern shores of Lake Taupo. The year-round outdoor playground of Tongariro National Park is only a short distance away.

Established in 1982, the lodge has an excellent reputation for fine dining, relaxing accommodation, quality outdoor activities and the very best in trout fishing guides. Tongariro Lodge offers old fashioned comfort and style combined with friendly personal service.

Tongariro Lodge offers anglers the opportunity to stalk and delicately present a dry fly to trophy browns and rainbows in high country streams during the summer months, upstream nymph fishing during the large rainbow spawning runs, or casting for feeding rainbows in shallow margins of Lake Taupo and other nearby lakes.

Wilderness helicopter and raft fishing in remote high country streams provide the chance to fish for the trophy trout of a lifetime.

	NZ$498.00 per person, per night, single occupancy.
Fishing Guide:	NZ$608.00 per day (max. 2 anglers per guide.)
	NZ$304.00 per half day (max. 2 anglers per guide.)
