Lodge exterior Built entirely of cedar, the main lodge at Inconnu is 6500 square feet, including a large dining room, conference room, lounge, bar, store, kitchen and laundry facility. The lounge has a beautiful vaulted ceiling that houses game tables, a pool table and a shuffle board table. A large sauna and hot tub await you by the lake, always a relaxing draw after a long Yukon day.

The Lodge accommodates up to eighteen guests in twin and triple rooms. Guest cabins are constructed of finished cedar, carpeted, each with private washroom and shower facilities.

The lodge generates it's own electricity (North American standard 110 volt power), operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Fishing at Inconnu Lodge is excellent to say the least. Twelve major rivers and streams and seventeen incredible lakes are all within a thirty minute flight from the Lodge by float plane or by helicopter. Seven species of fish make their homes in the waters around the Lodge. Fly fishing, spin casting or trolling can land beginner to professional fisherman lots of activity in the 5 to 30 lb class.

Happy anglerThe lodge can supply rods, reels and lures at no charge if needed and you can pick up your Yukon fishing license at the Lodge Store.

Located on McEvoy Lake, you can fly out via float plane or helicopter to seventeen lakes and twelve excellent fly fishing rivers. A ten minute flight to the north takes you to an incredible chain of lakes that are joined by a system of three rivers, stretching for twenty five miles and offering a tremendous variety of angling. Lake Trout, Arctic Grayling, Northern Pike and Inconnu are plentiful in these waters. The nearby river system offers sixty miles of untouched easy flowing water perfect for fishing, canoeing or kayaking.

Happy group McEvoy Lake is about seven miles long and a mile wide. Connected by a stream to the main lake at the south end is a smaller five mile lake. Both lakes offer superb fishing for Lake Trout and Arctic Grayling. On the north end of McEvoy Lake is a half-mile long river emptying into two smaller lakes. All these rivers and lakes are easily accessible from the Lodge - you are literally just seconds away from quality fishing. One can boat, canoe or kayak from the Lodge down a series of small lakes and streams for up to twenty miles.
